Wirefox owns the Capella Building and is actively seeking tenants for the Ground, 3rd, and 7th floors. To support this, Wirefox engaged architects C2 Concepts and made the decision to furnish the 7th floor — a project that Alpha successfully tendered for.

The vision was to create a space that would appeal to a wide range of potential tenants — a place where someone could walk in and start working from day one, with minimal changes required. The result is a highly functional ‘plug and play’ office, complete with stylish breakout areas, social zones, and a mix of formal and informal meeting spaces.

• Open-plan office areas with desking, task seating and storage.

• Comfortable sofas, booth and lounge seating in breakout areas and waiting areas in open plan for collaboration or breakout informal activity.

• Café style furniture in open plan zone for socialisation to build company culture and wellbeing.

• Spacious private meeting room with potential to connect to AV screens.

• Space dividing grid storage with planter boxes, shelving and alcoves.
