PWC were expanding their Consulting Department in the Belfast regional offices; a floor became available in their existing building at Waterfront Plaza and that physical space needed to be converted to suit their needs.

Alpha worked closely with PWC Building services teams and BDP Architects in London to achieve the ambitious schedule; we teamed with PwC nominated M&E contractors to create a project programme and co-ordinated all subcontractors.

The project included the formation of multiple team / production rooms that were formed in full height single glazed partitions complete with centrally located double glazed doors; this would facilitate departments to grow into larger secure teams as projects developed.

The Fit-out also included full contract carpet installation complete with hard vinyl, suspended ceilings and bespoke joinery. Several touch down Tea Points c/w Zip ‘point of use’ taps + collaboration soft areas c/w AV connectivity and staff lockers integrated into the stud walls.
