Our client embarked on a journey to revitalise a new office space in Belfast, one that came with pre-existing furniture that required adaptation both functionally and aesthetically. They envisioned creating a unique and inspiring workspace, taking into account the distinctive features and challenges of the location. The ultimate goal was to transform this space into a stunning office hub situated in the heart of Belfast city centre.

1. Boardroom Transformation: Within an exposed ceiling space, a brand-new boardroom was meticulously crafted. This space was not only furnished with elegant furniture but also equipped with state-of-the-art video conferencing facilities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
   
2. Meeting Room Upgrades: Existing meeting rooms were given a makeover with new furniture and integrated video conferencing solutions. This enhanced functionality and modernised the spaces, making them more conducive to productive meetings.
   
3. Collaborative Workspaces: A key aspect of the project involved creating inviting collaborative areas for staff. New, comfortable furniture was strategically placed to foster teamwork and creativity, providing a relaxed and inspiring environment for employees to connect and collaborate.
   
4. Kitchen Flooring: To complement the exposed brick walls and the historical architecture dating back to the 19th century, new Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring was installed in the kitchen area. This addition not only added a touch of modernity but also blended seamlessly with the office's unique charm.

• Alpha Team: The Alpha team played a pivotal role in both the design and fit-out of the space, ensuring that the client's vision was brought to life in every detail.
• Fluid AV: For cutting-edge video conferencing solutions, Fluid AV was enlisted to provide top-notch technology that enhances communication and collaboration within the office.
• OTWC: Entrance signage, a crucial element of the office's overall aesthetics and branding, was expertly handled by OTWC, ensuring a memorable first impression for visitors.

This project stands as a testament to the successful transformation of a distinctive Belfast office space into a modern, functional, and visually captivating workspace. The result is a workspace that not only meets the needs of approximately 50 staff members but also sets a new standard for office design and functionality in Belfast's city centre.
