Our initial engagement with AAB focused on providing Alpha pods to create additional private meeting spaces. As the partnership evolved, so did the vision. Conversations expanded to include task seating, and ultimately, a broader goal emerged: to transform all three floors into a more collaborative and connected working environment.
The aim was to encourage team interaction, support social connection, and foster a strong company culture - all while enhancing employee well-being through thoughtful, people-first design.
Alpha worked closely with the AAB team throughout the project, providing end-to-end support to bring their vision to life. This included tailored furniture concept presentations, 3D visualisations of proposed settings, and hands-on engagement through furniture pilots and showroom visits.
With Alpha and AAB as the key stakeholders, the collaboration remained focused, efficient, and aligned from concept to completion.
We recently worked with Alpha on the design and furniture for our Glasgow office refurbishment, the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish.
